Popping Popcorn

Wow! Does Salem think she is something now! Lately she thinks it's fun to pop popcorn (we have a pretend bag) in her kitchen; which has a button that makes it sound like it's doing the real deal in the microwave! So, I pulled a fast one on her when she wasn't looking. I made "real" popcorn in my mommy kitchen, put some in her microwave while she played with a different toy, had her press the magic "POP" button, and OH MY GOD, I wish you could have seen the look on her face when she opened the door to find such finger-licking good, butter melting off the side of the bowl, movie theater popcorn!!! Her exact words happened to be: "OH WOW!!!!!!!"

I'm pretty sure she was more impressed with herself doing such greatness than the actual taste of the popcorn.
