Did U Miss Me?

Okay, chances are, probably not; but we'll pretend you did anyways. Well, we left Alaska almost 3 weeks ago and have been on the road ever since. Actually, Andrew and Lilly have literally been on the road ever since, while Salem and I have been relaxing at my Moms house in Tucson. You see, we started off driving with Andrew and made it all the way to Seattle with him. After that, we said "the hell with it" and Salem and I jumped on a plane and flew here. Andrew left Tucson on Monday, and we're flying out tomorrow to meet up with him at his parents house in Florida. Uuhhhh, busy, busy, busy. Driving wasn't THAT bad, I was just completely stressed out knowing in the back of my mind that Andrew could be making up much better time if we weren't with him. Plus, at the time, breastfeeding was going to shits and I was freaking out about that. Yes, since then, I have given up. I wasn't producing enough milk(even with milk production medication) and I honestly just couldn't do it any more. I would breastfeed her for however long she needed, and then I would end up having to give her a bottle every time immediately after. (And she would drink the entire 4 oz. bottle) I tried and I tried and I cried and I cried and finally closed the doors to it this week. It was one of the hardest things I had to do, but I know it was the best decision for Salem. Since she has been drinking the formula, she has been packing on some serious pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



For those of you in Alaska, tonight I'm having dinner with some former 355th guys. HARB, Chum, Fulda, and Nug.....should be interesting. I'll let you know how it goes. Other than that, not much else is going on here. Well, we do go shopping every single day here and actually, I better go get ready because Dillard's is having a HUGE sale today and we want to get there when they open. Yes Lysandra, all Coach is marked down too. WE ARE IN TROUBLE.
